Teapot Covid-19 Statement for Clients

Here at Teapot Creative we have been busy updating our business continuity plans for the potential impact of the Coronavirus. We want to reassure clients that we are well prepared for any likely scenario and have taken steps to try and support you with some of the short-term challenges this presents.

Teapot Creative Service Continuity

We are confident that we can continue delivering your service and that our staff can work remotely if self-isolating. Indeed our directors may opt to self-isolate at our studio, due to their close proximity and our excellent fibre broadband.

Our business continuity measures include:

  • Diversion of incoming helpdesk calls via VoIP, soft-phones or mobile phones
  • Web access to all critical systems including ticket logging, communication and support tools
  • Cloud-based staff communication so that teams can continue to work together (we use Google’s G Suite among others)

Please remember that we have no control over home internet provision or personal devices, and we do not know how many of our staff will fall ill with the virus/complications. We will of course do our best to maintain our usual level of service, but we ask that you please bear with us during these difficult times.

As a precautionary measure, we ask that you please use Teamwork and WHMCS for communications, avoiding personal email addresses if possible. Support tickets can be logged in the usual way following this link:

If we are reduced to skeleton staff due to illness, we will prioritise break/fix support tickets over projects and do our best to keep you informed.

Finally, we are sorry to cancel all face-to-face meetings at the studio and we will not be visiting clients for the foreseeable future. However, we are choosing instead to conduct these meetings remotely and we will be in touch with the details.

Working together we are confident that the worst impacts of the virus can be mitigated and we stand ready to help our clients in any way we can.
