To develop the identity of an existing company that specialised within the equestrian event sector but were expanding their offering to sports events and general PR. JB Promotions still worked in the equestrian sector so wanted to use a zebra to reflect this but also to highlight the changes to the company.
During our initial research we found that zebras are used a lot in brand identities so we decided to approach the logo from a different angle. As the agency is young, vibrant and dynamic so we reflected this in the zebra look by making it less of a photographic representation and more animated.
The stark black and white is balanced with the use of a strong coral pink to add warmth and vibrancy. We then used the stripes as a graphical device to enliven stationery, web site and presentations.
